Please note that domain registrations/renewals/transers are non-refundable. This fee not only covers our own costs, but it ensures that, even if you’re dissatisfied with your experience at Newnet, you wont lose your domain name. You’ll be free to transfer it or simply point it elsewhere.

The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the following:

Setup Fee’s, Contracted and Ad-hoc Support, Website Design,VPS Hosting, DNS Zone Hosting, Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, Domain Transfers, Traffic Overusage, Fax to Email, Email to Fax Credits and Internet Access Accounts. (Dialup, ISDN, ADSL Accounts)

If a customer or reseller used more resources than those specified in the package applied for, the customer will be billed for the over usage. Payment of the Money Back Guarantee will take place once all outstanding invoices are paid in full at the end of the cancellation period or by the 25th of the following month.

Free Domain Names

Domains are free for the first year only. Should the client request to transfer the domain name before the first 6 months, the client will be liable for the domain registration fee before they will be allowed to transfer the domain name.
